Then call it that. Say “41777 tickets” rather than “attendance”. There’s no way any club have the ticket numbers sold actually in attendance at the ground. All that said, Even take 1000 off our reported attendance today, it’s massive credit to our support that 40k are turning up and parting with their valuable time and hard earned coin given what’s served up weekly.
