3rd test - Headingley

Can we bring back Rat/Johnson/Mustard just for a summary of the last weeks play?
wtf

absolute idiot

we've already won test cricket before this series started

bairstow had scored 3,874 runs at an average of 234.8 in the last year before this series. ridiculous to say foakes should be in

robinson literally takes a wicket every ball he balls  do you even watch cricket calling him slow and fat

have a block mate. ridiculous ffs

Who would we replace Crawley with ? There's no one really is there. Foakes for Bairstow seems an obvious one. Anderson for Robinson and even more obvious one.

Still think we'd be more dangerous with tongue in for Ali and using Root as spin.

This Murphy for Australia is meant to be canny isn't he ? Only 22.
Anderson?

Tongue comes straight back in way before Jimmy.

Bairstow has been a bit of a disastrous pick mind.

130ish runs with the bat and numerous mistakes behind the stumps.
Like I said on the Edgbaston thread - no one must have been watching him in any of the County Championship matches. He was average with the bat and pretty shocking behind the stumps in the game against Durham.

The biggest issue for us isn't Bazball, it's the fact that they're just better than us.

Selection has been poor and we just don't physically upto it.

They're basing his inclusion on last summer when he was in ridiculously good form

Anderson looks as bad as Ali re being toothless.

I'd give Ahmed a go before Jimmy.

Aye but there's just zero chance of that while Ali is fit. When England lose this test they'll give Jimmy his swansong at his home ground.

But yes, I'd pick Rehan over Jimmy.
