Aggers in Trueman-esque mode on TMS about the demise of red ball cricket.Calling for scrapping of two CC divisions with one league running from May to September.
I dont know what's going off out there!

Eh? How would a return to loads of dead rubbers be beneficial to the game?

He reckons it would take away the threat of relegation and reduce the pressure on coaches to play 'panic cricket'.!!..I do wonder how many CC games he watches a season.
Now calling for a reduction of counties so Vaughan says Leicestershire?

I agree. The divisional element is excellent. Need to ensure that there are 2/3 promotion and relegation spots each year to maintain interest though for all teams. The scheduling is the problem and that they clearly prioritise anything and everything above county cricket. They even used to televise the final round of CC games but that's been dropped as well.
