Won a champs league with Houllier's squad but sent them into decline once he started to change it. Turned a squad that Mourhino took to a champs league into a joke.

Moyes has been piss poor at Sundeland but did make steady progress at Everton when changing the squad. Benitez hasn't even achieved progress anywhere...

His list of achievements is slightly better than that of Moyes.
