12 months is enough surely? People get less for PEDS etc in other sport. Not saying its correct but I reckon a good percentage of people playing sports at any level has cheated in some way to gain an advantage. I know this was alot more calculated than some methods but I think a year ban is reasonable for him. If he does anything of the sort again then throw the book at him but people do make mistakes.
