Tyne and Wear all below 350 cases per 100,000.

All but Newcastle and South Tyneside now just below 300 (Sunderland, North Tyneside, Gateshead). Absolutely no reason for us to be in tier 3.
You're applying logic though, marra. They'll probably use Hartlepool as marker and stick the whole North east in T3.

To be fair they haven't done that anywhere. The didn't stick the whole North West into tier 3 in one fell swoop. The did it bit by bit but that was only because they all ended up at a similar high level.
