Every now and again he uses subs but generally far later if at all relative to normal expectations. I’d like him to explain his thinking as I’m sure it’s well considered.
I’m not a fan but I’d like to yea the reasoning at least

This team should be higher than 4th. Stop lauding things we could be top easily, we have so many players who will potentially move on if we don’t go up. We’re very lucky with our current swayed we need to seize the moment,

I can see what he's trying with Diarra using his legs to support the striker. But his passing and decision making needs to improve and means we miss Le Fee passing from the middle.

To what end? The game was gone. IMO it's more important to protect our young players.

Protect young players behave man. Give them 45 minutes to try and force there way into the team for next week. Literally nothing to lose, It’s alot easier for younger players in that scenario than playing a tense game with the game level etc.

It done my head in last season but thought it was maybe down to a lack of options but we've got plenty of options this season and he still persists with it.

Agree it was brought up many a time last season and as you say you could argue the drop off we didn’t have the squad. We have players like talbi sitting there that have not only shown they have something to offer the team but played big parts in some of our best results. Have players like Gerty that was pretty much on his way to Liverpool etc. he could’ve made two or theee at half time and no one could’ve argued.
