Mad considering the circumstances too. Managers say keeping the players on the bench happy is the toughest part of management and going by how he doesn't like making subs then our players on the bench must be sick as fuck.

It done my head in last season but thought it was maybe down to a lack of options but we've got plenty of options this season and he still persists with it.

I’m almost certain it’s just him. He said he likes to ‘ride the momentum’ this season. So long as he’s here it’ll be his favourite XI whenever he can, little rotation and few subs. Modern football is a squad game but I’m increasingly convinced that it isn’t that for Reg.

Bizarre how he’s so averse to playing Talbi and Mayenda. We lack any pace or urgency going forward and they’d bring it. No excuses to not start them against Wolves. Nothing to play for, take the shackles off and play some attacking football!

It’s mental, Talbi has scored some massive goals for us this season and still isn’t a starter. I feel sorry for the lad.

He has to drop Diarra, start ELF centrally and Tabli left next game.
