My uncle live in the one above HSBC bank. He loves it. Has no bother with the neighbours at all.

I think those flats are only available to the over 50s so it's meant to be a pretty quiet and peaceful place to live.

My great aunty lives in one of them. In her 80s, thinks it's a great place to live.

They come up on rightmove from time to time. If they’re owt like the Gilley law ones they’re cracking places to live.

Know a few people who live in them and they all love it.

My dad used to do the concrete repairs on them, I’ve been up the outside on a cradle a few times.

Not sure about an eyesore, I’ve lived in Sunderland 40+ years and I never notice them.
