You really think that statement takes care of all that?

After over 100 days “we hope to appoint a manager imminently ?”

Nothing they say takes care of mistakes. Only action and visible improvement helps remedy what they’ve done in the last six months for me.

They’ve said plenty before which even they must shudder with embarrassment at the mere thought of.

Let’s see what actually happens before we even think about saying that takes care of things.

This. This tells me ‘imminent’ means about 2 weeks to them as if it was in the next day or two you wouldn’t put this statement out you’d just announce the manager

Same as I always have done. Nobody. I only trust and believe myself. I prefer to wait until it happens before believing it.

I intend from now on to take a very hard stance with society. I have been hurt too many times by too many to ever think I should be better to them than they are to me. I am not encouraged to believe a word they say or to accept a simpering, grovelling apology the weak streaks of piss offer.

I will wait till it happens if it is all the same with you.

To me, entering the final stage would mean they’ve made a decision on who they want and are now getting down to the finer details of a contract. The high level details will have been discussed, now a case of dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s, ensuring all is happy then get them signed on the dotted line. Another week or so imo.

You don't on those bits but at least you do on them being in for the long haul - so there was a point in that for you at least
