The "final stages" of a recruitment process are only once you have actually found someone, verbally agreed with them and then getting the contracts signed.

I very very much doubt that's the stage they are at and suspect more it's a case of "surely someone will want the job in the next week"

I hope I'm wrong but we're an absolute joke and run by amateurs.

I mean it makes sense. They know people are getting restless over an appointment so they are saying bare with us.

Mind if it ends up being somebody available since January, we know we haven't secured our first or even second targets, which would worry me personally
