It's shocking the way this thread is being bumped. Surely we aren't all callous and heartless.

As the deadline grew closer they became braver, really started piling in and by the end it was like they were all 'high fiving' each other.

That last minute signing must have absolutely crushed some of them ...

... I doubt any of them were in the least bit pleased, which is sad tbh.

In fact the only way the thread could end well, for the OP, was if the club failed.

I expect some will now be secretly hoping the player fails so they can 'get their own back' :confused:
