Mebbeee's but Bridges did it in the Prem and looked very impressive. Bridges would have outscored and out played the likes of Fowler and Owen, given the opportunity.

Why must people knock our players ffs, on the verge of the best league finish in a lot of our lifetimes, with definately the best set of players every single person, on this board, has ever had the privelige of watching play for Sunderland. Still they mock, scoff and belittle up and coming young talent who have helped get us to the verge of achieving something more than anyone in my lifetime, last week it was Richardson who was flavour of the month with the boo boys and before that Gordon, Ferdinand, Reid, Malbranque, Bardsley and many more have had the "not good enough treatment". What happened to supporting our TEAM?? Will you be happy when we lose the best up and coming youngsters that actually care about our club because of your obstinacy??
