Done well in both his football and post football careers, comes across as a decent bloke and seemingly isn't afraid to stand by his opinions
looking at the people who are associated with the rest is... podcast empire suggests a lot of talented people are happy to work with him. that he won the best tv presenter award (ending ant & dec's reign of terror :lol ) indicates that doing just that is popular with many people, just the vocal righty tightys make it seem otherwise.
i'll watch his netflix stuff during the world cup, should be complimentary to the beeb & itv.

There have been plenty of debunked stories about Gaza too. That doesn't mean innocent women and children aren't being killed. Several reports have said rape and sexual assaults took place on Oct 7th.
I saw Lineker on Spanish TV as pundit a couple of years ago. I think he's a better pundit than a presenter. But he has made a great career out of it.
