I’m good with Roquefort, I’m not keen on fruit infused cheese

Nope. To the side yes. Infused no. Actually just thought, in Holland they do a cumin seed infused gouda and I don't mind that.

Love Comte as well mind. Another favourite.

Popped into the Cheese Shop in Morpeth the other day and was rather excited to discover they had Cornish Yarg. No Nettle cheese from the Northumberland Cheese Company but 1 out of 2 isn't bad.

White Stilton for me with a full bodied red, red grapes and celery sticks.

Not technically a Stilton, but this is lovely.

I go through phases with blue cheese currently not a big fan but the tasting selections available at M&S / Asda and Sainsbo are a great treat for a Saturday night with a few nice biscuits especially the French version . Love a goats cheese especially if the core is chalky , a good Red Leicester is beautiful but I’d say my favourite at the moment is Castilla sheep’s cheese which is what M&S use in their ham rollito things - just delicious

The one I posted the link for is a sheep's cheese from Castilla with a vein of black garlic running through it. It's nice.

One cheese i can take or leave Rouqufort (?) Too salty.

I've been there. Didn't see any cheese mind. Though i'm sure there is more than one Roqufort in France.

Apart from the mature Cheddar that my wife buys for cooking, I'm alternating each week, Compt, Gruyere, and have recently added Mature Gouda, all for my omelettes and cheese and ham sarnies.

Know what you mean. When someone tells me they don't like cheese ....all cheese i am baffled cos there are so many different tastes, textures etc.

I'm struggling to think of anyone I've met who doesn't like cheese to be fair.

Baron Bigod is presently my snacking cheese of the moment. Asiago is probably my staple cheese, love it on anything but especially in pasta meals.

Love Baron Bigod.

Binham Blue is my other favourite at the moment.

Been eating a lot of roasted camambert with charcuterie, walnuts and salad lately.

Like most cheeses, the goats cheese rolled in ash that we get here is really nice and I like Roquefort too but prefer stilton, in fact, can't think of any that I wouldn't eat.

Quite often put together a cheese board and have loads of different ones with an assortment of crackers and a couple of bottles of wine (shared, of course).
