Talbi's house up for sale

As people know on here look through my posting history. I moved to East boldon just over 2 years ago. Luke 09 and Mike dodds lived 2 minute walk from me both houses were rented.

Fast forward 2 years and Alessandro Barcherini lives in the same house Mike dodds lived. Next door to him lives Noah sidiki and over the road from them lives mayenda

The club must own those houses. Mind you I don't think a footballer lives in Luke's old house
I don’t see why the club would own them tbh, probably just a case of not many houses at that price range/area and when one player/coach leaves another comes in and that house is back on the rental market or if the club sack/sell somebody they take over the lease for the last few months and if somebody wants it they can take it over.

Just to add I've only seen mayenda once and spoke to him briefly just after the Bournemouth away game. I've seen sidiki a couple of times outside his house with what looks like his mother maybe. I've spoken to the assistant coach once when I was walking my dog B4 I went to work ironically it was the Tuesday after the mags away win. I just thanked him and the players for the win. Didn't realise he was English till I spoke to him. 🤣

Aye possibly

I thought the same. See growing up I lived in a house with a bar (already installed when the folks moved in) and although it seems cool how often would you actually use it ? The about 5 times a year you host a party (max) ? Otherwise just be the occupants sitting getting the vibe of a bar that’s about to go bust 🤣 . Simmilar to swimming pools and pool tables (I fell for the latter) the novelty soon wears off and if you’re just a casual interest in them they just because a waste of space/ liability
Mrs’s family house has a bar in it. Am the only one that uses it! They also had a pub and me and her lived upstairs temporarily, a used to be able to text her mam to bring stella black up! Those were the days!

Used to own a few in Darras Hall back in the day. Had Paolo Da Silva and Gyan in same street as some of me family. Sold off under Short.

club don’t own them - I know the bloke who
does - they’re my neighbours too

Our Captain lives much more modestly.
Not in terms of property value, rather living space and somewhat less ostentatious too.
