Given the football industry, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of players in the top leagues buy their first house after they retire. Of course there'll be exceptions to the rule but buying and selling houses - especially ones at this price - is a bit of an ordeal.

Looked online and seems to have been on the market for sale for ages. Pictures probably off before diarra moved in.
