Nissan

I dont know anyone whos worked both and prefers E, L, N. It was brought in as a health thing. Supposed to be better for body to go days, lates nights.... by people that dont work shifts!
Ive done both at a place i used to work in the past. Originally it was E,L,N the we went to 2 shifts then back to 3 and it was L,E,N which I much preferred, at least you get 1 long weekend out of 3.

A few kicked off but they were the sunday drinkers that never done anything Fridays or Saturdays and lived for there Sundays in the club.

Either that or blow your holidays and be at work when the matches are on? Or just miss it totally and whinge your missing a game through work 🤷🏼‍♂️
I know its crap mate, but sadly, it's going to get worse. Potentially 17 Saturday games will now be moved to Sunday or Monday night.
Villa have just gone 371 days without a Saturday 3pm kick off.

The mad thing is they say we need a positive vote to change it back, but im sure there wasn't a vote to change it to ELN? They just did it
Same as when supposed to start 3.35 never done it once hardly , even when not working overtime they just changed it to 4.35
Tried to do that it got voted against. No one wants to go from days into nights and work a Saturday overtime shift means you’d have no days off
That’s ifs and buts how many Saturdays you working atm ??? When was the last one you done

Me personally? Easy 2 year we’ve got lads in nearly every weekend though I choose not to do them, but it’s all those ifs and what ifs that make people vote no

I’d rather take a chance on working a Saturday now and again and getting paid a fortune ontop of shift allowance and having full free weekends more often , than a weekend off every 3 weeks

Was a vote in press and plastics but if one person said no then it would not go ahead and guess what one person didn't like it so got scrapped
