If you believe what you find online (so buyer beware, could easily all be nonsense etc) then yes it.

Seems lowest end is the £1.5m range for Andrews and Parker, a lot in the £2m - £4m range, then you're into the likes of Moyes, Howe, Slot, Emery going somewhere between £6m and £8m, then the biggest wages for Arteta (c.£10m) and Pep (anywhere up to around £20m).

So reckon RLB may realistically want another £1m p/y and be justified in asking for it.

Shows how desperate Spurs were! You could argue it's a gamble that paid off, but over the course of their respective contracts he'll end up with around £40m more than RLB, if these figures are accurate. That's pretty crazy.

£2 million is more like the championship / promoted salary. Managers at the top end of the PL tend to be on similar to their highest earning players.

De Zerbi had Spurs over a barrel which helped him get that deal. That being said, break clauses are fairly common in manager/head coach contracts now. Rosenior had one in his 6 year Chelsea contract, they still get a sizeable payout but not the full amount.
