Le Bris contract.

Wouldn't really see the point. He only signed one last summer. Give him a huge pay rise for sure but that doesn't need a new song and dance announcement

Even after his summer extension last year he was still among the lowest paid in the league (if you believe the suggested figures, of course. Could all be bullshit).

So not against a little extension, likely financial bump, and also a commitment to him, players, and potential new signings that we've got some consistency and long-term plan.

Is £2m a year low for a PL manager?

If you believe what you find online (so buyer beware, could easily all be nonsense etc) then yes it.

Seems lowest end is the £1.5m range for Andrews and Parker, a lot in the £2m - £4m range, then you're into the likes of Moyes, Howe, Slot, Emery going somewhere between £6m and £8m, then the biggest wages for Arteta (c.£10m) and Pep (anywhere up to around £20m).

So reckon RLB may realistically want another £1m p/y and be justified in asking for it.
