It's mad situation like . Uncertain long term future people panicking. Now guaranteed future BUT 3 shifts . The amount of people kicking off about it ridiculous tbh mate. Crazy world 🌎 at times

People not happy because the shift pattern they use is absolutely shit you come off Friday late shift then your back in Sunday nightshift it’s another made up Nissan shift pattern I have my kids Fri - Sunday days every other week usually.
It needs to be L, E, N rotation, not E, L, N

Tried to do that it got voted against. No one wants to go from days into nights and work a Saturday overtime shift means you’d have no days off

How not? Still time to goto game and get to work, don’t start til 20:45. Iv did night games this season, still had time to go home get changed and be at work for 23:15

I'd prefer L,E,N but it would be brutal if Saturday overtime was on.

I dont know anyone whos worked both and prefers E, L, N. It was brought in as a health thing. Supposed to be better for body to go days, lates nights.... by people that dont work shifts!
