I don't think ANYONE can understand how a clearly distressed and struggling bloke saying multiple times that he has been stabbed and can't breathe can be dismissed. Full stop.

He doesn't appear clearly distressed at all. He seems really calm (i mean that could be because hes tired and dying tbf). Which I think adds to the confusion and doubt. That and the lack of blood.

I mean they should be taking any claim of being stabbed seriously. Absolutely. At one point they lift his shirt but don't appear to notice anything even then.

As I've said, the victim is sat, calm, with no sign of a stabbing. And the the perpetrator is stood at the scene (very unusual where someone who has stabbed someone would usually flee) still making the allegations.

We can pretend none of this plays in if you wish, but we all know your leanings and angling.

The police did fuck up though. Obviously. But there was no quick assessment of skin colour before prioritising.

There was a slash to his face according to the Judges remarks. But it does not say how severe that was and he could not determine if that wound was intentional. The fatal wound was the one to his chest. It's very possible, if a wound was present on the face, they thought it was from a fight between the two. They clearly couldn't see that he was bleeding from elsewhere in the initial moments.
