Because the 49ers own 51% of rangers and Sartori owns 0% of Monaco. See the difference?

Fair doos, but it’s a consortium including 49ers not all them, it will be significantly under 50.

When I’ve looked into it before though it’s about influence, I don’t believe Satori could stay n both boards with influence over club business.
 
Surely the fact that we qualify on merit would trump their qualifying by finishing below, but being less skint than a club that qualified on merit?
I don’t think it impacts us in that way, but more that in terms of ownership structure and day to day turning with Sartori having active roles in both m
