T20 Blast 2026

He had a pretty awful game like, far more negative people on here yet pick me out
I only picked you out because like a lot of the bedwetters on the football match thread as soon as anything goes wrong they throw the toys out of the pram.
Go back to the play off final against Sheff Utd to see what I mean.
Potts may not have had a good game but his bowling after the no ball was excellent.
As I said, temper your comments until the end.

It wasn't as soon as things went wrong why not pick out the people more negative than me
Think you getting me confused with someone with a very similar username 🙄
Apologies

Crazy result at Gloucestershire. Gloucestershire all out for 121 against Warwickshire. I thought that was game over but Warwickshire all out for 74!

Agreed but at times it's difficult to look beyond the basic errors which get repeated game on game
Yes I did enjoy the game in a tortured way as is the matter of following Durham and Sunderland but I'm at an age where I don't want the old ticker to miss too many beats
Yes,we go through hell watching, soon calm down and then can't wait until the next episode. It's called masochism.

People have emotions which go up and down.In the words of Roy Walker " say what you see"and if a player is having a bit of a "mare"it's fair enough to call it out and say it as it is and to be honest Potts was having one of those days and I'm with young Chops on this one.
Yes Matty Potts has had a small measure of redemption which however was due to his own culpable poor efforts in the game in the first place

I think Potts was a bit better than his figures show. Yes, he was hit for 19 in the first over but Donald was also lucky with a couple of balls where he could have been out. Bowling the last over is never easy and the last 3 were spot on.

Tight game, wasn't it?

I think we finished off our innings with 17-4 off the last 15 balls. The way we'd been going, we probably should have had another 15 or 20 runs to play with and then the defence would have looked and felt more comfortable. I still think the side is one Jimmy Neesham type character short

Lots of catches for Aldridge, who must surely be one of the best catchers in county cricket. I'm less sure about his bowling though

For the match between Middlesex and Surrey tomorrow, the MCC have given their members permission to allow them not to wear jackets in the pavilion due to the extreme heat.

In other news Queen Victoria opens the Royal Albert Hall.
I wonder if that game will be available on YouTube?
