Aston Villa Parade

Fair play to them, Emery, their owners, staff and players have all done a tremendous job. Their fans must be chuffed considering how far they've come since being relegated to the Championship and narrowly surviving.

There's no reason we can't do the same. And I'm confident we will with KLD at the helm.
They need to remember they never had it as bad as the Mags under the worst owner ever (nee wonder Villa fans joined in with our Sob on the Tyne song)

Emery has been nothing short of sensational at Villa. Was talking to the groundsmen at work today, and we were recalling how distinctly average a lot of those players were pre Emery, now look at them, genuine title contenders for a large portion of last season, and up there this season, followed by a European cup.

What a time to be a Villan

The Villa fans I've met over the years (which included a spell of about 6 months working in Birmingham) are completely insufferable. Delusional about the scale of their club on a Mags like level. No doubt they will think they are on a par with Real Madrid now.
Same. Hate Villa like

The Villa lads in The Boot KX preparing for the next days playoffs when we arrived back from ours a few years back were good company.

That’s not a problem I will ever have about us. And that’s no bad thing since that’s the worst trait a football supporter can have. Currently, going on recent form, not what happened 80 years ago, we are I’d say on the level of a Leeds United. Wolves and West Ham United slightly bigger than us even though they may not necessarily be better than us. But Villa fans really do believe they are some next Chelsea or Liverpool. That irks me.

Has Emery won more Europa leagues than any other manager now?

It’s not that I hate Villa, it’s more the fact I hate it’s never us.

Of all the clubs that have done a league one drop or decent championship stint, we must be the most underachieving one.
