His fingers must have been getting very tired after 1900 of them.

The mistake was getting rid of Tony Mowbray just before Xmas and New Year with the Mags Cup game looming in early Jan without having any one lined up.Look, everybody makes mistakes ....he was one of ours . Hope he does well now and makes a good living for his family.

Every decent candidate must have realised that with 7 games set to be played in 25 days they would be on a hiding to nothing. Beale was so hopeless he took the risk of accepting the job and the inevitable happened .
"a world class training session" my arse![]()
Said at the time some of the abuse he was getting was lifting. Speakman was firmly to blame for that one.Look, everybody makes mistakes ....he was one of ours . Hope he does well now and makes a good living for his family.
Aye, I was guilty of it tbh. He got terrible stickSaid at the time some of the abuse he was getting was lifting. Speakman was firmly to blame for that one.
I don't hold with personal abuse towards anyone but he didn't help his case with the alleged use of a burner text account. That's a red rag to a bull in this day and age and I think that the Club was very unhappy about it.Said at the time some of the abuse he was getting was lifting. He's a number 2 alright!Beale is good been number 2 tbh
Mental isn't it, only just over 2 years ago too.Michael Beale was the manager of Sunderland AFC.
One of the most united fronts I've ever seen. Everyone was in agreement about how bad an appointment it was.Remember how deflated I was when he was appointed
Best of luck to him tbf
Didnt fowler manage at least 1 game? They sacked Ross on the afternoon of a match so someone must have taken it on the nightBig Sam kept us up and relegated the Visitors in May 2015. It’s 11 years since then. The managers we have had during that period are:
Moyes (43 games)
Grayson (18)
Stockdale / McKinlay (2)
Coleman (29)
Stockdale (1)
Ross (75)
Fowler (0 games - 9 days)
Parkinson (31)
Taylor (1)
Johnson (78)
Dodds (2)
Neil (24)
Canning (1)
Mowbray (65)
Dodds (3)
Beale (12)
Dodds (13)
Regis Le Bris
I’d defy any football supporter of any club to produce a worst list [relative to the size of their club]. Le Bris is the only one that I hadn’t heard of before he was appointed, and hence the only one that didn’t bring some form of expectation (either positive or negative).
Oh Yes, he certainly is a No2!He's a number 2 alright!
