Do we REALLY need to sell this summer?

We will sell at least 1 player and probably 2 or even 3. It is the only model that will will work for us to become an established PL club for many years to come. We all want Europe but the conference league brings very little money in and cripples a squad so we will be stretched financially having to bulk up the squad.

This summer will be very interesting to see the approach taken. We’ve not get broken the bank but players of £50m+ can often now be average at best. A war chest doesn’t go as far as it used to.
 

I think one or two first teamers will leave for big money but I also think we will move on some fringe players. If we get Europe, we could well attract a better player

These lads have only been together for 1 year, the potential of this group is frightening with the addition of 2-3 players and maybe we should be thinking about a real push for Europe and targeting the cups next season.

Le Bris has already said we don't need to sell in the summer.....You should already know this if you're a fan!

Hopefully people can look back and understand. The January after we sold Clarke we signed Wilson isidor permanently and paid a loan fee for Enzo le fee.

We all know that the Bellingham/Watson money was well spent.

If we sell someone I believe it will be reinvested
 
Remember before we we do any business we are already going to have somewhere in the region of 30-45m outgoing in amortised costs from last season. Without Europe I don't think we'd need to sell but one or two might leave for European football. If we do get europe I think we may need to sell to create a squad big enough and good enough to compete.

Aren't the punishments for breaking Uefa SCR rules a bit more lenient? I'm sure Villa and Chelsea only got fines and the mags are expecting the same

If Mundle we won’t get decent money for Mundle who is a sick note, how will we get any money for Seelt who has missed Wolfsburg’s last 18 games through injury?
 
It'll depend on the players as well. Think we've shown in the past we won't stand in players way if they want to move on. No point creating an Isak situation.
 
Each season we have seen a big player leave and I doubt this will change this summer. If you can make £40m+ profit on a player, then we'd be stupid not to take it.
