I’m not sure you would need to take Boro’s word for it. The analyst, who the month before is pictured with Tondra picking up his manager of the month award, is photographed observing a training session with less than 72 hours before KO.We'll have to take Boro's word for that, lets see what evidence is provided by all parties. Being thrown out of the play offs is the maximum punishment, it doesn't have to be the only punishment. A big fine is the likely outcome and the fact they've said the verdict can't be appealed makes me think Southampton will be okay relatively speaking.
Yep, problem is EFL don’t have a sanction listed against this exact offence and that’s why they are now having to consider things beyond the fact that the rule has been broken.Even if Boro hammered them 5-0 the sanctions for cheating should be applied. It’s the cheating that is the issue not whether they were rubbish at it.
So why do it?
Went and got a PARMO to warm up !He was only there two minutes and decided there was nothing worth reporting back![]()
Clearly goes right upto to the Death Star Commander (Tonda)Who instructed him to do it will be able to answer that question, not me.

Aye okHe was only there two minutes and decided there was nothing worth reporting back![]()
Southampton manager to scout : Is Luke Ayling going to play ,is he training ? YES boss . O.K.then ,come back .Sorted .![]()
So were BORO ,fielding a pudding instead of a footballer !Guilty of breaking the EFL rules, then![]()
I'd say that would depend on what 'evidence' is made public, then on what the outcome isThis final will be tainted forever.
If conway could hit a barn door in the first leg the tie would have been over . They were by far the better team in that legYes, maybe Boro played poorly because Saints were able to nullify them because of the insight into their tactics, set up, line up, set pieces gained from spying. It's an unquantifiable and a moot point.

It's increasingly looking like they might be kicked out, I would be stunned if they did.
Be lawyers rubbing their hands all ower!
Theyre different bodies awarding the penalties, but theyre from the same footballing pyramid. To say its like comparing penalties between UK and USA is wrong imo.Man City and Chelsea were charged by the Premier League were they not? two different bodies with different rules and punishments it’s like comparing a sentence from America to those in the UK.
Also they were charged with very different breaches so again you can’t compare them. It’s a stand alone charge that no club have been charged with since the new updated rules have been formed. This is the case that any future spy issues that RFL find themselves in will go back to so a fine will open the flood gates.
Sky are saying a decision by Tuesday and possible chance of the match being delayed which means Wembley may not be available. If it ends up Hull and Boro then surely a northern stadium has to be used, yes they’ll get 15k less tickets but both average attendances would just about fit in our Stadium and it means they’d not need hotels just travel. EFL would probably have it at Cardiff though just to sell as many tickets as possible.
Wrong. There’s absolutely nothing a young lad with an iPhone could identify that their analysis of the previous 40 or so matches wouldn’t already have pointed out.
It’s almost comical.
The EFL ain't missing out on all that money they will get from the final.Just give it to Hull. They are the only team who won. And deduct points from Southampton for start of season. Middlesbrough shouldn’t benefit as they lost over 2 legs
Cheats not fools.I think you are correct. Boro have clearly been wronged. Whether Southampton would have won without cheating are a better side is irrelevant. I can't get my head round why Southampton would do this. Originally I thought that the EFL would go for a fine but it increasingly looks like Boro will be allowed to play the final and that would be the correct result. For once a football authority would be acting with the right haste and selecting the correct sanction. Southampton have acted like utter fools from what we can see.
Wrong.
Why do you think they sent him?
