I agree but I suspect cleaning the ground would expose where the muck is hiding maintenance issues. We need to be taking better case of a key asset. After all the concerts rely on good infrastructure. Do we want to put the profits from this in doubt?

What are the chances of reuniting all of the original letters and putting them along the back of the south or east stand?... it'd look class like.

The place needs a good clean.

All the roof space inside and out needs to be jet washed and/or repainted. Seats need replacing and most of the stands could do with a proper jet wash/repaint where needed just to start
