I’m a huge Hume fan, but if the £30m rumour is true I’d snap that up an get Gerty in for £20m.

Gerty hasn’t been great overall this season however a lot of that will be down to his stop/start games.

Especially with onien getting games, no disrespect to Luke who I’m buzzing for he’s made premier league appearances but Haway man gurty given a run when we’ve had players missing would be one of the best defenders at the club. Probably one of only a handful of mistakes Reggie has made this season.

I thought he was one of the best players on the pitch against the Mags, gets dropped for 4 games, comes back in and again was a standout player against Man Utd

If we don’t sign gurty I hope we get another in, I love Luke but he should be emergency squad player if we are looking to progress. Too many times this season Ballard has been out or suspended or alderete out etc. if we’re not keeping gurty we need another in.
