Fernandes is playing for a champions league team not a newly promoted one ffs. We have got where we are largely by being solid and well organised.
When you play more attacking players in there you sacrifice that.
Have to get the balance right.

Indeed. The journey from a hard to beat, hard running side to a quality free flowing team is one of the most difficult transitions in football. We'll not get there in a single leap.

Issue is having someone to drop in if one of them is unavailable… and I don’t mean Hume!
We just arent the same without Xhaka, in fact we are relegation fodder
We need to try and get someone like eg Stones in who has quality and experience to step in and up when Xhaka is out.
