This. None of us are professional footballers or paid millions to pick a team and tell them how to play, but football is a really basic game. If Brobbey is occupying two players, that means someone else has to be unmarked, especially if he's taking two centre backs out of position.

There is obviously method to what RLB is trying to do but sometimes I struggle to understand it.

If he has 2 men on him then he's probably doing a good job.

I've got it! Maybe we try using wingers instead of putting central midfielders out wide? Its an old trick Inspector, but it might just work!

Playing BB as a nine dictates a style of play to make him effective. Unfortunately we don’t do that. Absolutely needs someone playing off him.

We keep signing wingers and not playing them mate. We play centre mids on the wings instead.
