You'll be fine, I have a few mates working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and most have been there the whole time. I'm in Saudi and been back and forth to Bahrain a few times since it started and people have just been getting on with it. Mind Bahrain is a lot quieter on a weekend and not all the brunches are back on yet.
