I thought we played well for large chunks of the game. Our Achilles heel cost us again. Ball to the back post.A point away with 10 men for most of the match is a fantastic achievement today as well

They probably stream out on 80 minutes at home when we are losing.A few where I was stood today were so negative, mostly just too many beers I put it down to though...
We’ve been safe ever since we got 35 pointsWTF is it with some folk on here, and some at the match.
We’ve stayed up with three games to spare, we’ve won plenty of games at home this year, we have a squad worth a good few bob, and we seemingly have scope to invest again in the summer.
Are we playing brilliantly? No. Could we do with a bit more creativity and threat? Yes. Are we going to miss out on Europe? Probably.
However, we have done brilliantly all things considered, and Regis is not an idiot. He’ll know what needs to be done in the summer and he will do his upmost to address our deficiencies.
Let’s have a bit of positivity man. Christ, some on here must be gobbling Prozac like they’re in short supply.
Oh and we beat the scum twice.
Told you a million times not to exaggerateRampant
Told you a million times not to exaggerate
Yes people are disappointed with the result, with certain players, with team tactics
No need to turn into some us and them
Or would you prefer a group hug, followed by a rousing chorus of kumbaya, and rejoicing whether you like it or not.
It’s a message board FFS
We have done well beyond expectations, of that there is no question
The last few games, FA cup exit, have been dispiriting to say the least. The football is not pretty to watch. There’s no getting away from that unless the philosophy is unless it’s positive keep quiet.. the North Korea option
Aye and unfortunately PL is that and more. Unless you're at the very top there's always going to be someone pays and offers more to players who do well for us.I think it’s a reflection of modern society tbh.
People want things and they want them now. If they don’t get them, it’s shite.
No patience. No perspective.
In the scale of where we were, in the scale of where we are…..how about we talk about in the scale of where we need to be.
Now we have achieved promotion it’s on to the next step - survival. Which we have done. But that comes in two parts. The second part is making sure we never go down again. That means embedding ourselves in this league for the long term future. That means getting ourselves up to the level of the rest of the league clubs like Crystal Palace, Brentford, Everton, Fulham, Brighton, Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, West Ham United and Bournemouth. Even Wolves. Every one of those clubs are streets ahead of us. Every one is bigger and better than us. Basically we are them several years ago when they first came up. We have many more years of growth before we can say we are on the same level of Wolves or Aston Villa. So to that end any performance and any point is to be lauded. Home or away.
So when we set ourselves hopes, dreams and aspirations on becoming the next Fulham or Aston Villa as I do and you feel that we are still struggling to get there, it’s a bit of a sickner.
It was discussed about having years in the lower leagues if it meant having the success of Leicester City when they were in the Premier League. But for me I’d spend years in the lower leagues if it meant having their time when they were as good as clubs like Fulham. I’d have that over the FA Cup or League title in a nanosecond.

Its utterly bizarre, isn't it? Best season in my lifetime and I've got people moaning.WTF is it with some folk on here, and some at the match.

Totally agree with everything you say.WTF is it with some folk on here, and some at the match.

I've been told on here its only the non-attending fans who whinge.A few where I was stood today were so negative, mostly just too many beers I put it down to though...
I'm not sure aiming to be like Wolves is a good idea when they are already relegated.
People get carried away too easily. Which is fine. As long as you retain perspective. Too many will genuinely have thought Top 6 after the start we had. The vast majority knew squad depth, AFCON and the nature of a 38 game season would catch up at some stage.I've been told on here its only the non-attending fans who whinge.
We've done superb this season.
The whingers were exactly the same when we had two 7th place finishing. Its never good enough.
I don't mind it being constructive. There's no doubt we make mistakes, but to err is human.
Can we improve, of course. We can also get worse.
