You need back up now, a squad, players to push each other etc. Young is 19 now but not PL ready yet.

Its called succession planning. We might sell Ellborg for profit before Young is ready. They might fight for the spot together. Elborg might go on loan next season etc. No good selling Roefs for top money and having no keeper and trying to pry one away from another club when you have 60m in your pocket and everyone knows it. You end up with desperate buys like the mags forwards.

And im loving how we do our business now. Excited to see what the summer brings. If we have even half as good as a window well have made another massive stride forward

If we sell RR we must sign an established GK .I wouldnt be happy if we went into next season with Elborg and Young as our only GKs

Roefs wasn't much more established than Elkborg though and is almost the same age. I mean I probably wouldn’t either. But you have to also get players in more cheaply and develop where.you can.
 
Hopefully we can keep Roefs for one more season whilst loaning Matty to a championship club and then he takes over as first choice the following season.
