ID checks for away tickets

lad tried to download his ticket on to phone and comes up a white screen. copied the whole link but it not working. look like he been spot checked for Wolves away.
Is it iPhone?
Same thing happened to my lad but then if you check his wallet it was in the wallet behind his season ticket

Then they could potentially have form for it 😂😂🤦
On a serious note tho anyone who’s failed 1 do they get targeted from then on? Or just until they next attend and pass the check?

I missed an ID check at Man City due to illness. Got picked for my next away at Brighton. Passed that, and haven't been checked since.

Yeah he done and even ive tried it. Just comes up a white screen but he got the email confirmation when he bought it
We were getting the same, tried in Safari and Chrome with the link and didn't look like it was doing anything just white screen all the time.
Went into Apple pay to see if you could add manually using a link and the match ticket was already there (was grouped together with his season ticket).

Think it's fair enough - there were Arsenal fans in the West Ham end over the weekend. Not far to travel and potentially see your side win the league - there will be a demand for tickets in the home end. Anyone with common sense would support measures to keep them out surely?

And the Arsenal fans I saw on Twitter got the shit kicked out of them. For their safety as much as anything.
