ID checks for away tickets

"What the fuck are you doing Ashley? You'll get us all in bother woman, they'll be expecting us to answer phone calls and they'll want treating with respect if your not careful"

Her fatha used to run the Chester branch when I first started going away as a youngun, she always made sure we were alright then. One off the gooduns.

Just read the email properly doesn’t state Id checks are in place unlike other fixtures it usually says it, only says if turnstile turns red go to away ticket office

Hopefully every away fan now knows you need ID and always carries it to aways?

Yes it's a ball ache but it should be well known enough now that you could be pulled for an ID check?

Although unless we have clarified and I haven't seen, no idea what they class as ID yet!
I didn’t today, flying out for wedging tomorrow so didn’t want to risk taking passport and don’t have anything else, had passport on me phone like

ID checks today in the North Stand on who is sitting in specific seats ..stewards accosted two or three in out block saying they didn't fit the type of adult/child the ticket was sold too. One lad sitting in a child ticket and viese versa .it created more of a problem than it was worth. Some arsenals is scanning the seats now. A lad who stewards made remove a shirt he had worn every home and away match these past two seasons during the Mags game was contacted by the club asking to explain himself. He contacted the Club but they have not responded to his reply.. He intends to go legal over it ( daughters a solicitor) if the Club want to push it
How is this case progressing?

As far as I know his daughter is a solicitor. They heard nothing from the Club after the first contact when the club said they'd be in touch after investigating further. She wrote to the bloke concerned but heard nothing more so John thinks that's the end of it. I'll ask him next home game.

Not sure if it's already been asked but he was told to remove a shirt he was wearing ? What on earth for ?
