Wolves Away Pub

imagine how much it costs the local economy.. not just pubs, but food outlets, hotels, taxis etc... that people would use if they were allowed to stay around the place. its tragic

i noticed loads of nottm forest fans around the town last friday, the longer we stay in the prem, the more likely it is that returning away fans will chose to stay in the city

i know i'm biased but i've been to 80+ away grounds in every corner of the country and sunderland must be one of the very best for visiting fans - train station right in the middle of town, stadium in the middle of town, endless pubs and restaurants in 5 mins walk in either direction, friendly locals, riverside, beach, relatively cheap.

places like wolverhampton are missing a trick with this 'no away fans' shite
I’ve got a few mates who are Villa fans ( I used to work down there) They love it up here. Always stop the night and are hoping it’s a Saturday match next season. One of their mates drove up and was laughing. Said he asked someone where away fans pub was and bloke looked at him as if he was daft. Just said go where you want.
I remember it being lively in a pub near Wolves ground years ago. The Goalpost I think it was @Keith S30S

I remember us being on an open terrace behind the goal and Paul Hardyman scoring. We always had a beer everywhere we went but I certainly can't remember the name on this occasion? I think we were drinking quite close to the ground, that's it 🙂

Were you down for Goodmans debut when 2 were sent off. Might have been that game.

Spoke to Ashley Lowerson last night the dedicated away pub for Wolves on Saturday is "Twelve" it opens at 10am on matchday it's a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 11 minute walk from Molineux she stated it is home fans only in any other pubs in city centre and around the ground so might be worth all piling into there 🙂
@spudgun

Arsenal the same now, mental they can’t have a beer with opposition fans
That’s sad, and odd. Why do that now ffs?
I only went to Emirates once don’t think it was a bother. That was probably 10+ years ago though.
We used to go to The Plimsole, in between Highbury Station and the stadium when they were still at Highbury. Blackstock / Finsbury Park Tavern afterwards.

Aye we ended up going bit further away from ground this year, cracking boozer but shame the ones closer you mention have changed as always made arsenal away one of the best
