Forthcoming gigs.

Melody & Kraftwerk man. They sound like a Commodore 64 soundtrack. The floppy disk loading has got more melody.
Oasis are a novelty act, a Madchester tribute act for bedwetters like you who have never been anywhere. Whereas Kraftwerk influenced pretty much all modern music. Know your place.

May not matter to you but I read recently Kingmaker's original singer Loz is no longer in the band.
Remember seeing them at Sunderland University when Radiohead were the support.
Yeah, I think they reformed a while back with a slightly different name - something like Kingmaker 2K or similar but I forget (they popped up on socials in the past year, but when I saw it wasn't Loz, I didn't bother following up). Don't think any of the originals were in the band, let alone Loz. Not sure if that is still the case - Cherry Red put out a box set of the old stuff last year so maybe that's got them up and about again.

Editors announced a tour in March next Year. City Hall on 4th March.

Tempted to go and watch Twilight Sad on Sunday at the Boiler Shop

I've bought tickets for the Proms at the Fire Station (I'm at The Smyths there the night before)

Could be an experience at the Proms, not sure how a load of overdressed school leavers are going to react to Mozart and Mendelssohn
