Europe next season would be bad for us

Yes and relegation from the prem is a chance to reset and come back stronger, we'll piss l1, or there's no devine right for promotion. Some supporters have said some daft things in the past. Trying to be the best we can possibly be and achieving as much as we can (Europe or not) should be a given for safc.

Okay boomer

Why do we need to regroup ?

We are doing well just a few signings in the summer and we kick on again

Nothing to do with regrouping

If Europe happens along the way we deal with it

I for one do not want to succeed or progress in any way.
I'd rather consolidate and finish higher next season than stretch ourselves too thin with the result being league form suffers and we risk dicing with relegation.,
That's the opposite of success.
Everyone wants SAFC to do well and be the best they can but it's better to do it in a managed and sustainable way.

How would we not be stretched too thin if we were to play in Europe that following season?

I’m 42 & have watched us fight relegation, finish mid table & be a whisker away from Europe & winning cups. 33 years as a season ticket holder is long enough of not achieving the next level to worry about not winning as many matches next year, even though we could win more.

The conference league is an absolutely shite competition and I'd rather we didn't compete in it anyway. What's the point in playing some shit team from Latvia with a ground capacity of 5 thousand.? Shamrock Rovers and Hamrun Spartans? This is not a proper European trophy man.
I agree, only Europa League and Champions League have any relevance.
