Go and read Wesley Clark's admissions about the USA's plans for 7 countries in the Middle East and Africa. Here we are 20 to 25 years later and no ground invasion on Iran...

Depends how much more economic pain the American population can take before they push back enough to get Trump to withdraw.

I don't know how likely a ground invasion would be. The fallout for the whole of the Middle East would be catastrophic.

Nobody knows tbh on the ground invasion but I can’t see trump the big baby not using them even if it’s limited. If he does I can’t see us not taking too long to follow as Iran would retaliate on our allies I would imagine.

US would not support boots on the ground. Tactical nukes more acceptable to the US electorate.

If it does it’s good bye South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, etc etc. trumps popularity rating has plummeted since this war started proving the American public don’t want it. I couldn’t possibly see any positives from a nuclear attack.
