Season tkt seat move

The ticket office told me season ticket seat moves weren’t available until 10AM Tuesday. Clearly that’s emerged as a nonsense which frankly I am not the least bit surprised by. I am trying to have a look now through my online portal and whenever I select the ‘replace seat’ tab I just get an error message saying ‘area is locked’. Anyone else in this boat or know how to rectify the problem?

I’m quite pissed off to be honest about the whole £20 seat move. I sit 2 seats from front of the upper bit of the south west corner, not one person stands up around us.

The people that stand are towards the back of the stand.

They have changed the whole upper bit to safe standing including my seat( row 18) I have no problem with standing but my 8 year old daughter won’t stand for 90 minutes.

I how have to pay £40 to move our seats or she won’t be able to see through no fault of her own.
You would like to think if they change the type of seating to safe standing then they would give anyone in that block the chance to move free of charge.

But id imagine they will argue that you can still sit down if you want so you aren’t affected, even though its obvious that basically everyone else will stand so sitting won’t be an option

How did you get a refund it says on the website no refunds will be given

Fans who paid in full can move to cheaper seats, but DD can't?

Or is it you just ring up and they move anyone?
Think the refund is for DD users aswell if you phone or call into ticket office. You will still pay for the season ticket price of your renewal but your refund will go into your bank to cover the difference?

I paid for my season ticket renewal in full - Ive seen the cheaper seat ticket this morning to move to, I reserved them but wouldnt let me move online due to it been a cheaper price bracket - I kept them reserved until somebody answered the phone, she said no bother, I took them out my basket and she reserved them staright away for me and moved me over with a £180 refund coming my way - Ive checked the email confirmation and my ticket account is all updated so happy days

So all the panic is over the club is giving a refund for people moving to a cheaper seat we have confirmation from forum members who have done it. The club aren't the great money grabbers that they have been made out to be

1 person has been able to do it, all other supporters haven't and the comms put out by the club were that you couldn't downgrade.

Aye if you can get through on the phone 😂
Your right you should be able to do it online I can't see why not

Your right it says on the website no refunds but some have had refunds who did it by phone there contradicting themselves the system is a bit of a mess
