Spurs be lucky to stay up

Question is though if it means exchanging our last 8 years for their last 8 years how many of us would prefer to be in their position right now. There are a lot of teams who have done better than us over the years. Never mind Tottenham. The idea of us being higher than Wolves or Nottingham Forest is unthinkable given their history of being able to survive having made no effort whatsoever to try and stay up. And not only that do stuff that will take us years to accomplish.

They may go down they may not. But if they do they will go down as having the most illustrious history over the last few years of any team who got relegated.

Barring winning the Europa League, they've done fuck all and steadily got worse every year in the league.

All they have is London going for them, take that away they’d be nowhere near as big as they think they are. There’s loads of teams in the midlands etc with similar histories. Would be huge to see them go mind and I think it would be good for football.
Can only think of one midlands team with a similar history to them . Who are all the others given you think there is loads?

Just been on the Spurs forum. A lot of them seem to be getting more confident as the weekend approaches. More than happy for them to underestimate us like the last team we played. Now who was that again…😂

Not won a league game in over 100 days but apparently De Zerbi is going to wave a magic wand. Just can't see it and I beg we don't give them a leg up

I'll be thrilled if they go down, only a few years ago they were trying to make a breakaway league in which they could never be relegated which would have resulted in the death of not only the PL but the English football pyramid imo.

I hope they go down and are crippled for many years because of it, it's about time one of the so-called top six got put in their place.

League wise loads they’ve only won the top division twice. Good cup team but the big one champions of England only twice. Loads of so called “smaller” clubs have won it more than that. Yet spurs are in the so called big six, like I said take London away and they’d not be considered as big as they are.

Behave, they've plenty of injuries and what they'll field will be a team full of mercenaries already planning their summer moves

Clicked on the last page of this thread and shit myself for a second thinking I had been hacked after seeing your post with the avatar and blue in the username
