Spurs be lucky to stay up

Because they’ve been appointing the wrong managers, not signing the wrong players.
Yeah, they’ve had shocking luck with injuries, but sacking Frank was a massive mistake. If they’d stuck with him, they’d probably be safe by now. The whole thing was a panic move because the fans piled pressure on the owner, and it’s backfired completely
Agreed. Frank had no time at all. He didn’t become a poor manager, having done such a fine job at Brentford, in the space of 4 months. Modern society I guess. Everything today. Tomorrow isn’t acceptable. Having the best team in Europe, just down the road probably compounds the pressure however Spurs have been second best in North London for a generation.

In all honestly they should have stuck with Ange. He had his flaws but once they'd finally got momentum they should have stuck with it.

So they chewed up and spat out the man who helped build Brentford, now they want to try the one who helped build Brighton too.

Frank was garbage for them to be fair, the run they're currently on is just a continuation of what started that him. They took 12 points from his last 18 games - West Ham and Forest are amassing a far greater PPG than that.

De Zerbi’s style is apparently fairly close to Ange’s attack minded football.

So they’re going to be piling forward again?

I suspect it will be somewhere between 1 and just enough to retain their european qualification place. Whether that be CL or Europa I'm not sure of.

Yeah, I suspect it will be fudged but the PL made a rod for their own back over how they treated Everton and Forest. It would be good for the game if one of the “big” clubs received a punishment that really impacted them.

I’m sure Spurs have to play that keeper they took off against Atletico. I think Vicario has had surgery which will keep him out a few weeks.
Yeah he's had a hernia operation apparently. Been playing through the pain for months in fairness.

That's good news for us - mentally fragile and low on confidence regardless.

Last game was a nightmare for him and he fell apart in a hostile atmosphere against a team right up for it playing in red n white stripes.

I’d genuinely love to see them relegated.

Spurs are the mags of the south. Totally delusional about how big they are
All they have is London going for them, take that away they’d be nowhere near as big as they think they are. There’s loads of teams in the midlands etc with similar histories. Would be huge to see them go mind and I think it would be good for football.
