Sunderland railway station.

I was just thinking the same.
And I have never liked the fact your full name and address are public when leaving comments on the planning portal.
I think there’s reasonable grounds to object to be honest, a betting shop surely isn’t what should be in a station. It should be food/drink/practical type stuff.

You can ask for your name and details to be redacted on your objection, but what will undoubtedly happen is the council will miss it so everyone will see your objection AND the fact you tried get your details redacted out…

There are already 2 large betting shops outside the main entrance. Awful.

I thought these physical monstrosities were on the way out.

What has Labour got to do with this?
"You need a premises licence from your local licensing authority to run a premises-based gambling business, for example, a betting shop, bingo hall or arcade. Your local licensing authority is usually your local council."
