Give it up man!
It was an absolute mess , yes this has clearly taken too long to start to get up to a standard but at least it's happening slowlyOr just change the roof and use the cash on the interior
Perhaps some people just liked popping into Burger King for a poo…who knows. Was in the station earlier. It's still far from perfect and so much needs doing to it but it looks a bit better than it did the last time I was in there. Plus people saying it's worse than the old station need to give their heads a wobble.![]()

Honestly all that money that went into it could have just been spent on the actual underground area and tidying up the upstairs instead of levelling it and turning it into a cattle shed
Indeed and surprising, given physical betting shops are generally closing (due to growth online) and they can struggle to get a licence these days (though maybe this is alongside closing an existing unit).Better than nothing I suppose but hardly the sort of image we want to be giving out.
Plus one that just opened in the old KFC unit at market SquareIndeed and surprising, given physical betting shops are generally closing (due to growth online) and they can struggle to get a licence these days (though maybe this is alongside closing an existing unit).

I was just thinking the same. Can you actually object to things like a betting shop , I have never bothered with anything like that but I'm tempted
Objections need to be on licensing conditions / grounds.
