Given this season's high jinx it's more likely that we'd agree to play the Mags in Florida and then sod off somewhere else on holiday

Not really sure on the games-gone outrage on this one

Plenty of Man U fans in Ireland. Exhibition, pre season friendly, short hop across the water

Guessing us also playing Leeds in NJ or wherever it is has the fanbase even more fuming

All about the money unfortunately. Played them in Stockholm this pre-season and previously in Perth, Australia. Sell outs so both clubs know its financially attractive. Cost north of 5k for Australia 3 game pre-season. Madness imo.

My point is playing your big rivals each year in friendlies simply to make even more money, i wouldnt want to play the mags every preseason

Could play the actual derby in Riyadh in the not too distant.
Geniunely think that Dubai, Saudi etc as a destination for tourists is over, at least in the sense of what it was before.

The WC in Saudi in 2034 will be laready causing some within FIFA ball ache. However, given their level of corruption and willing to take bribes, they'll probably carry on as if nothing is happening.

Is it even that big a rivalry? It's not exactly United v Liverpool.

And it's certainly nowhere near us v Saudi Howaybia.
