. The near constant Tuesday and Friday night games lately are a proper pain. Getting over to Sunderland to watch the lads a few times a season is a welcome distraction. Absolutely agree with
@Black Cat Gypsy about folks this side of the Irish Sea turning their noses up at supporting their local team. I’m a 5th generation Glen man. My youngest who’s been going to matches with me from last season the 6th. Incidentally I got her over to the SoL earlier this year so she’s now 2nd generation MLF too

. I find it quite a privilege to be honest to have the personal and family connection to two clubs in different leagues. Nothing odd at all about it as far as I’m concerned. The only clash of loyalty may come next season when the lads meet Glentoran in the conference league
