Did you receive the purchase confirmation email (not the on screen confirmation, but separate and additional to it). You should also be able to log into your Safc ticket account and see the 2026/27 season card purchase.

Renewed my 2 other day, just got the season ticket email 1 week to renew. Hope its just a generic one that's been sent out and that they haven't messed up. Just struggle to trust the ticket office.
