Season card - No Auto Renew

See mine hasn’t, it’s still got last seasons direct debit I for in mine but I’ve got confirmation emails for renewal and the new season ticket is in my season tickets and stuff

Same boat for me, still listing last seasons DD dates but everything else confirmed in terms of renewals.

I’d not be worried but my sons ticket (which I’ve bought) has had all same emails and has the same screen confirmations in ticket account. So everything seems in order APART from the DD dates in his account are all set up for this year and mine aren’t

So two accounts, renewed within minutes of each other, same bank account money coming from, direct debits set up, confirmations received yet the data on the accounts is different

Honestly man how hard can it be

if you could actually speak to someone it wouldn’t be as bad……

Hello, could anyone tell me if they have a new direct debit set up on online banking? They haven’t set one up for me yet so I’m panicking a bit. Cheers !

Just checked my DD schedule with my bank (First Direct), both my DD's set up and ready to go

I’ve jus rang up and spoke to a nice lass, she said it’s normal, her direct debit isn’t set up yet, she also checked seating plan and said I was in my seat and seen conformation I had renewed, and the one next to me is taken but couldn’t tell me name but that should be my mate who is in the same boat, we’re on the end so couldn’t be anyone else. She said direct debits online banking might update about 10 days before and loads of people have been panicking and also don’t listen to the forums ha. Still worried like

Confirmed by e mail im renewing in bcb and asked for dd details.
Also confirmed on phone to Hannah.
Still nothing came through yet.

I made the mistake of asking for an invoice, thinking I'd not get it till June like last year. It arrived 24 hours later on 7 day payment. Got it out of the way I suppose

i don't think you'll be able to see it till nearer to the start of the season.

Yeah, I thowt that. If I, or anybody else, was able to download it while the 2025/2026 ticket is still live and in your wallet, there'd be people getting confused at the turnstile, no doubt. Although the digital receipt does say it's ready to download "here" and then there's nowt to click on

Just checked my confirmation and it says ticket will be available for download approximately 3 weeks before the start of the seaaon.

Just checked mine it does say that as well. Haven't tried like as I wouldnt want it to cause any issues.

Be interesting to see how many more have renewed since the 30k announcement; and you'd think the seats of those that haven't renewed will sharp go from the waiting list.

I reckon there's a fair few from 25/26 who haven't regularly attended this season (given some of the empty seats despite sell outs). Hopefully they're the ones who have given their season tickets up for people who will be more present.

It says it in the confirmation email you receive. Bang in the middle under your purchase info and above your payment method.
